Here, then, is an explanation of the program to deliver enormous hope and opportunity to yourself and the world...

Phase 1 - Write a 32-Page Mini-Book in 30-Days

• All authors will go through a guided audio program that walks them through every step we have developed to organize and write your message for a 32-page mini-book (an easy-to-write book that's the equivalent of just 5 Word document pages.) This document must be submitted at the end of Phase 1 in order to be accepted into Phase 2.
  
  
• The 30-day audio training will consist of 5 short audio clips delivered to you Monday through Friday with instructions and steps for writing your mini-book (20 audio clips in all). The clips are short and the time you spend each day in the writing process is about 20 minutes. (Everyone can commit to 20 minutes a day 5 days a week.)
  
  
• Robert Evans and Neale Donald Walsch, author of Conversations with God, have produced an amazing 2-hour program on being a spiritual author in which you can hear tips and suggestions from Neale on writing, publishing, and having your book represent your message and yourself as a messenger in the most effective way. This presentation, in both audio and video form, will be a part of this program. It will be split into 14 parts and delivered to you over the course of the journey you'll go on.
  
  
• Each day all authors are asked to log in to a special web site to mark the status of their daily commitment. If you do this, we'll reward you with live weekly group coaching calls during the 30-day writing process.
  
  
• This website will also be a source of inspiration and ideas from the other authors in the program. The simple check-in will ask for your input and ask you to share your daily experience of writing your book. This sharing amongst authors builds camaradarie and an enormously synergistic spirit so everyone is encouraged to success.
  
  
• At the end of the 30-days--after the 20 inspiring audio clips--each author should have their completed book ready to submit to an editor. To earn access to Phase 2, the author will need to submit a completed document (in the provided book template) to our team to confirm the commitment has been met.

Note: If your book document is NOT submitted to us on time, which means the commitment has not been met, the author is invited to complete the publishing of their book on their own through the guidance of the Home Study Program, or join the next group of authors in a future training. Phase 2 and Phase 3 will not be available to these authors until they meet this requirement.Phase 2 and Phase 3 will not rewarded to these authors.

Note: The purpose of this commitment is to ensure not only a high success of written books in the program but to also keep you accountable, which supports you on completing the task you set out to do. Our last program produced a 95% success rate of authors writing their books, while past programs with no commitment produced less than 50%!

Package 1 - The Messenger Marketing Package

In this marketing package you will get:

• Your book promoted in a retail / wholesale book catalog that will be mailed to 1000 bookstores and gift shops. The catalog will give these stores a way to order your books through our catalog system. This catalog will only contain the books of the authors in the movement, who have not only met the commitment but completed the publishing of their book. A letter will accompany the catalog explaining the program and benefits of selling your books in their store; benefits such as the impact your message and your book will have in other people's lives (a $1000+ value).
  
  
• You will get a lifetime membership to an audio membership that shares on-going audio messages on marketing for messengers, based on a home study program called 21 1/2 Marketing Tips for Messengers ($120+ value).
  
  
• You'll get automatic access to membership in the Messenger Book Collective which is the on-going support resource for Mini-Book authors (for an additional small monthly membership fee).

Package 2 - Four Week Webinar on Creating a Powerful Online Environment for your Mini-Book

This 4-week recorded webinar was taught by Robert Evans to give you ideas, tips and visual guidance on using the Mini-Book technologies.  You'll learn how to setup your Mini-Book online environment and how the Pass Along tracking system works with your book. The goal of this webinar is to inspire you to create amazing online content that will be connected to your book, which makes it unique, powerful and personal to the readers of your book.

• Learn how your online environment will build your email outreach and give you the chance to promote other aspects of your message.
  
  
• Learn how to integrate audio, video, a workbook system, images, text, and outside resources that continue the message in your book in a rich online environment.
  
  
• Learn through an online webinar system that delivers visual and auditory training directly over the internet with no phone required.

Package 3 - The Messenger Referral Program

Once again you'll be invited and encouraged to inspire the next round of Mini-Book authors into the movement and move closer to the goal of obtaining 1000 authors publishing 1 million total Mini-Books in 2010. Only Messengers who earn Phase 2 will be entered into this referral program. Because of your commitment to support the movement and your own success of writing your book you'll be the ideal spark, inspiration, and proof that a messenger can move their message forward in the world through this unique medium. Do this and we'll reward you in the following way:

• Each author you inspire to join the next training will earn you a $100 credit each towards printing your 1000 mini-books. After your book costs are covered, you'll continue to receive the $100 affiliate commission, paid to you via PayPal or check.
  
  

Phase 3 - 52 Weeks of Marketing and Distributing Your Mini-Books

In order to activate this final phase of the program, your only job is to follow through and print your books, hopefully at no cost now because of your involvement in the referral program.  This follow through earns you the final phase.

You've written and printed your books, right? Now what! Do they sit in your garage or a fulfillment house? NO WAY! That would defeat the whole point of this program. Your books need to move into the world and start changing lives. In fact, we want you to distribute your first 1000 books and then order more, creating more chances for change from your message (1 million books could actually turn into 2 or 3 million depending on re-orders throughout 2010).

The Messenger Network, 10 Million Clicks for Peace and other partners and distributors will give you 52 ways--over the course of the next year--to sell, give away, distribute, and package your mini-book for incredible success. Share your message, earn money and learn how to be an effective self-published author.

In this phase you'll also receive access to a special website to announce to the world the efforts you are making in sharing your message through your Mini-Book. This website, 1MillionMessages.com, will let you log in as an author and record an action you've taken or an accomplishment you've had in selling or distributing your book. Each time you submit something, your public profile will be updated and the master "Messages Shared" Counter is updated on the main home page. This is our opportunity to announce our success and commitment follow through and will be a huge ongoing source of inspiration for you and other authors (and... a place where you can get a lot of great ideas from the other authors).
