A Soul-To-Soul Guide To Inner Peace

On my frequent walks in nature I often connect with a deep sense of peace. I wish I could share this with everyone in the world. By doing this together we could experience peace. That sharing would show us how to create peace in the world. Why not join me right now, and we can walk together.
Imagine you are in a beautiful place in nature - one you know well or dream of experiencing. Then imagine that the two of us meet. Soon we are quietly walking and feeling the aliveness; experiencing the beauty; sensing the healing energies; and enjoying the peace of the nature. After awhile we begin to talk softly like we might do visiting a great cathedral. Soul to soul our conversation deepens. As we expand our minds and open our hearts we come in touch with great wisdom about how to be at peace and how to spread peace out into the world. This is our meditative and peaceful sharing:
* It all begins with slowing down and letting our body come to rest. When we slow down we can enjoy being in the moment. Peace naturally arises in the moment.
* Next we turn the volume down on our critical and judging mind. Instead we talk with kindness to ourselves. We also become more accepting of those in our life. Now we feel a wave of peace flowing through us.
* As we expand our inner sense of peace we listen more carefully to our heart. This allows our compassion to spread into all we do. The kindest gift we can give is to listen compassionately to ourselves and to others.
* As our compassion grows we give loving attention to all we think and feel. This mindfulness grounds us in a place of impartiality and ease with who we are. The seeds of inner peace start to sprout.
* With peace in our heart we begin to see how to interact with the world. Our goal becomes practicing loving-kindness in all your interactions. We enter into peaceful collaboration with the world.
* Along the way we become more conscious about what is important for our well-being and what will enrich those around us. We discover a passion for teaching others.
* As our wisdom deepens we turn to the surrounding nature for calmness. We come to value the guidance of our intuition. We appreciate the aliveness we feel as we more fully expressing ourselves.
As our walk comes to an end we continue on our own remembering our experience. There are times on this journey of life when we may need a break from the intensity. Then we breathe more deeply with awareness. We become playful, have fun and laugh often. We grow in our appreciation for the silence and how it heals our past.
One day long after this soul-to-soul conversation, we notice the shifting of great forces. Human evolution expands leaving limiting beliefs behind. Fear no longer dictates action. A spring of peace blossoms.
The unity of our consciousness continues onward. One by one each of us awakens to our light. Then we join the many who walk on the earth peacefully leaving a loving stream of light wherever we go.
